Yvonne Pugh's legal career began in 1973 as an attorney-advisor for the General Counsel's Office of the General Accounting Office, Washington, D.C.; in 1975 she began private law practice in Philadelphia, PA. serving as an Arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas. Training and Certification as a Mediator was completed at the Duke University Private Adjudication Center.
